Q: What do you love about this look and why?
A: Denim has recently had a makeover and is now often worn dressed up as well as down. I love this look as it could be just as on point with sneakers paired-down, or sky-high heels for an effortless dinner date. I see it as a bit of a limitless look.

Q: Why did you choose this outift?
A: I’ve always loved a power suit and feel 100% put together whenever I wear one. The best thing about them is that they come in so many variations and therefore there’s one to suit every occasion. This velvet one is so indescribably comfortable and yet I feel totally chic. As the pants are cropped I opted for a short ankle boot in the same hue to help elongate my legs.

Q: Talk us through this look...
A: This is one of those outfits that you could keep on reserve for any glamourous night out. An outfit that you throw on when you’ve been invited somewhere last minute but you know 100% that you'll look and feel great. It’s classic with just the right amount of modern edge thanks to the bare shoulders and exaggerated ruffle. The shoes portray a slight sense of conservatism, while the velvet fabric says otherwise. The bag gives a wink of playfulness, too.

Q: How would you describe your signature style?
A: I veer between laid-back disheveled effortlessness and polished, put together chic. Think Grace Kelly meets Alexa Chung with a little bit of Olivia Palermo thrown in. There are days that I can’t go past a modern, edgy ensemble and other days I er towards classic and ladylike looks. I guess you could say, ultimately I’m a mood dresser.
Q: Which trends will you be trying this season?
A: Undisputedly the print of the season, heritage check AKA Prince of Wales plaid is definitely playing a big role in my wardrobe this season. It looks great worn as a suit or set but can also look casual by teaming with a classic pair of jeans too. Having already added two pairs to my wardrobe this season, I’m loving wide leg corduroy pants. And what better to cozy up with over those pants, than an oversized knit sweater?
Q: What are your favourite Namshi brands?
A: I love both a mix of high-street and luxury brands in general, so my tastes on Namshi are no different. I tend to purchase a lot of clothing from Mango, Topshop and Missguided, but also often find some super cool on trend pieces by new designers such as The Ragged Priest and Noisy May. I love getting my fill of awesome Aussie brands in Namshi’s Premium collections too, such as Cmeo Collective, Finders Keepers, Stevie May and Keepsake.
Q: What do you have your eye on from Namshi right now?
A: I literally scour Namshi almost daily, and fill my shopping bag so I can do a nice big monthly order! Currently I have my eye on a striped drape front bow dress by Cmeo Collective, a pair of wide leg checked pants by The Ragged Priest and an oversized roll neck sweater by Mango. But if I’m honest, I have my eye on a whole lot more than that!
